Welcome to Fitness Lounge’s Online Nutrition Coaching program and CONGRATULATIONS on making an important step toward becoming a healthier version of YOU! Throughout this program we will be guiding you to towards healthier nutrition. While this may be a big goal and can feel like an overwhelming task, we are here to make it feel simple. Each week we will take simple steps that you will customize to work for you and your life. This program is designed to help you take one small step forward at a time and each small step is an important aspect toward a bigger life-changing outcome. Each week we will provide you steps, activities and goals that will be focused on adding more healthful choices and getting well-rounded nutrition to fuel your life and activities. Over the next few weeks you can expect to learn about the different types of foods that you may be wanting to have in your diet, portion sizes, macronutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates and fats, micronutrients such as the various vitamins and minerals and proper hydration. There will be a live check in every Monday from 12-2 to ask a nutritionist any questions!!
